Ariana Grande Concert Experience!

Hey everyone!

so yesterday was a super exciting day! Back in October my husband surprised me with Ariana Grande tickets! Today I wanted to tell you all about her concert, my true thoughts and opinions, and overall experience.

The Dangerous Woman concert was held at Key Bank Center in Buffalo where the Buffalo Sabres, an NHL team, play. This was my first time at this arena and I loved it. It’s huge so you don’t feel crowded.

I was very blessed to get floor seats! I was about 35 rows away from the stage, but I was still so close!

At around 7:30 her first opening act came out. Victoria Moneta, who I have never heard about, sang some of her songs. She also danced. It was interesting, but since I was unaware of her I didn’t pay much attention. I guess I should have done my research! Her second opening act should have been Little Mix, which I was sort of looking forward to (I was there pretty much to see Ari), but Bia came out instead with her DJ. I haven’t heard of her either. She mostly rapped which was pretty good and got the crowd pumped to get ready for the main performance.

This part was a tease and was actually pretty smart. There was a giant scree display that showed Ariana getting ready and a count down from ten minutes. As the minutes got shorter, the crowd screamed louder as Ariana and two others (band mates?) egged everyone on.

As soon as she came out everyone lost their mind. Everyone was screaming. She started the concert with Be Alright. She came out with flashing lights, male dancers, and, of course, her signature space buns.

I could probably rave about every song, but that might make this post way too long.

I was very impressed with the concert overall. She definitely performed; dancing, riding cycles for Side to Side, lights, lasers, fire, pillars that raised and lowered dancers- the whole works. There was even fake money with her face on it falling over the audience during Greedy and pink balloons.

Even though she performed for her crowd, she definitely knew how to be intimate with her fans. Her dancers left and it was tiny, little Ari left on the stage. I loved this the most because it felt real and like she was connecting with every single person in the arena.

She made very few outfit changes and when she did she still entertained the audience with videos on the big screen.

Overall Ariana was not a letdown. She was fierce, sexy, soulful, cute, funny, and compassionate. When she talked she almost sounded nervous, or maybe that was just her catching her breathe.

Below I’ve left some videos and pictures from the concert! Sorry about the booming bass sound, we were literally underneath the speakers. I’ve also left the set list. She sang quite a lot of songs in the span of two hours. If you’re a fan, or maybe not, I’d definitely recommend checking out her performance!
